Josh comes to Hilton Head from Pittsburgh, PA.  He brings his love of the Steel City and Quality Dining to the island.  He has called Hilton Head home for more than 24 years!  All 'Yinz will feel right at home at Nick's where you'll find tributes to some of the great culinary delights to come out of the steel city.

 

Katie is originally from Cincinnati, OH and spent her summers on Hilton Head.  Katie and Josh met in the summer of 2000 while working together at Nick's Steak and Seafood...she went home at the end of the summer, finished college and made the move to HHI permanently in May 2001.  They were married in October 2003 and bought the restaurant in June 2004!

 

In November 2015, Josh and Katie welcomed their first child, Joshua Jr. (JJ).  He can be found at the restaurant any given afternoon checking on the garden and fruit trees!
